Refund policy

We want you to love your rug.

Returns:
- Rugs in original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt, at the customer’s cost.
- Any rugs approved to be returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Rug must be unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless it’s a defective item.

Replacements:
- If your rug arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund.
